유학생들이 호주의 생활에 친숙해지고, 친구를 사귀고, 편안하게 느낄 수 있도록 돕는 그리피스 메이트 프로그램은 네트워킹의 밤, 하모니 주간, 여행 등을 포함한 다양한 이벤트를  기획합니다. 각 이벤트는 Griffith Mates 웹사이트에서 참가 신청할 수 있습니다.

2월 1일부로 호주 이민성에서 요구하는 영문 잔고 증명서 포함 금액(1년 기준)이 아래와 같이 인상되었습니다.
- 학생비자 또는 가디언 비자: AU$20,290(약 1,700만원)
- 동반 배우자 비자: AU$7,100(약 600만원)
- 동반 자녀 비자: AU$3,040(약 260만원)
