한국에서 고등학교를 졸업하고 뉴질랜드 대학에 입학하려면 학부예비과정(Foundation)을 수강해야 합니다. 이로 인해 학부예비과정에서 자신의 전공과 관련 없는 과목도 공부해야 합니다.



하지만 뉴질랜드 국립대학인 윈텍(Wintec)은 한국에서 치른 수능 결과가 일정 점수를 넘거나 고등학교 내신성적이 우수하고, 선행 과목을 고 3때 수강한 학생들은 학부예비과정 없이 바로 학사과정에 입학할 수 있는 규정을 마련하였습니다.
☞ 조건 1: 수능 250점 이상 또는 고교 내신성적 모든 과목 B 이상
☞ 조건 2: 전공별 수학, 과학 등 선행 과목을 고3에 이수
(예를 들어 토목공학-물리, 미적분, 삼각함수 등 / 간호학-화학, 생물 등)
☞ 조건 3: NZCEL Level 4 수료 또는 IELTS 6.0 또는 TOEFL 60 또는 PTE 50 이상 등의 공인영어점수 충족(전공에 따라 점수 상이)

- Bachelor of Design-Graphic Design, Digital Graphic Design, Interior Design 등

※ 디플로마과정(준학사) Level 4~6은 고교 졸업자 이상이면 수능/내신 점수와 관계 없이 입학 가능
※ 수능/내신 점수가 부족하거나, 선행 과목을 수강하지 않은 경우 학부예비과정(18주) 수강 요구(전공별로 학부예비과정 제공 - 4과목)
